From New York: Start out going Southeast on E 28th St. towards Madison Ave and turn left onto Park Ave S, then right onto E 34th St. Turn left onto Tunnel Approach St/i-495 E/Queens Midtown Tunnel Approach Take the ramp towards the Queens Midtown Tunnel and merge onto I-495 E. You will travel for about 7 miles before taking the Grand Central Pkwy exit, number 22, towards I-678/Van Wyck Expwy/College Point Blvd. Keep right at the fork in the ramp and merge onto Grand Central Pkwy E. You will travel for about 1.5 miles and then take the J Robinson Pkwy/Van Wyck Expwy Exit, number 13, towards Kennedy Airport Keep left at the fork in the ramp to merge onto the Van Wyck Expwy. You will travel about 4 miles and then take the Belt Pkwy East/Nassau Expwy exit, number 1E, on the left towards Eastern LI/ RT-878 E Keep right at the fork in the ramp and merge onto the Nassau Expwy. This is a left turn. After you make the turn get immediately into the far right lane. After a mile the Nassau Expwy becomes Rockaway Blvd. and after a further 2.5 miles Rockaway Blvd. becomes Rockaway Tpke. After half a mile turn left onto Peninsula Blvd. After another half-mile turn right onto Cedarhurst Ave. Turn right when you reach the intersection for Central Ave.
From JFK Airport: From your terminal follow the signs to reach the JFK Expwy After 1.3 miles take the ramp towards Rockaway Blvd. East/Belt Pkwy West/I-678/Van Wyck Expwy Keep right at the fork in the ramp and merge onto the Nassau Expwy After half a mile the Nassau Expwy becomes Rockaway Blvd. and after a further 2.5 miles Rockaway Blvd. becomes Rockaway Tpke. After half a mile, turn left onto Peninsula Blvd. After another half-mile turn right onto Cedarhurst Ave. Turn right when you reach the interesection for Central Avenue

From New York city, take the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) from Penn Station. As Penn Station is also the Amtrak terminal for New York City, connections can be made there for local public transport. You will need to take the Far Rockaway line to Cedarhurst. Changing trains at Jamaica, stay on the Far Rockaway train until you arrive in Cedarhurst. It is the 5th stop on the line. When you arrive, walk down the platform toward Cedarhurst Avenue - follow the signs that say "Bus this way". When you reach the end of the platform make a right onto Cedarhurst Avenue. Walk up two blocks until you reach the traffic light at Central Ave. Cross the street and once across make a right on Central. Walk up the long block, cross Spruce St.

BPA's offices are located in the Cedarhurst Center, a large office building between Victoria's Secret and Tommie & Co. Once inside the building, take the stairs on your right up to the 2nd floor. BPA is the first office on your left when you reach the top of the stairs.
